We get it, sometimes things don’t go to plan. If your order shows up looking like it’s been through a blender, we’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “cleaning sucks.”

Our 90 clean satisfaction guarantee only applies to Mystr O cloths, because you actually need to use them to believe the hype. Everything else, like sprays, fragrances, and diffusers, can’t be returned once used for obvious reasons. We stand by our products, not buyer’s remorse 😉

    Yes! Just wash with mild detergent, skip fabric softeners and bleach, and air dry or tumble dry low. She’s designed to keep her performance wash after wash. Alternatively you can use our specialist microfibre wash Mystiq Bower for ultra long lasting results.
