We use Australia Post for our standard delivery option. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

We get it, sometimes things don’t go to plan. If your order shows up looking like it’s been through a blender, we’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “cleaning sucks.”

Our 90 clean satisfaction guarantee only applies to Mystr O cloths, because you actually need to use them to believe the hype. Everything else, like sprays, fragrances, and diffusers, can’t be returned once used for obvious reasons. We stand by our products, not buyer’s remorse 😉

How long will Luna last?

With proper care, Luna will handle hundreds of washes and still deliver streak-free, super-absorbent performance.

Machine wash cold or warm with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as they coat fibers and reduce performance. Air-dry or tumble dry on low for best results. Best paired with our specialist microfibres laundry liquid!

Do I need to use chemicals with Luna?

No — Luna works brilliantly with just water. But if you prefer, she can be used with your favourite cleaning products too.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes — The whole MYSTR.O cleaning range has a 90 day clean guarantee. If they don't outperform other cloths after your 90th clean, send them back and we'll refund you.

Can I wash Luna in the washing machine and the dryer?

Yes! Just wash with mild detergent, skip fabric softeners and bleach, and air dry or tumble dry low. She’s designed to keep her performance wash after wash. Alternatively you can use our specialist microfibre wash Mystiq Bower for ultra long lasting results.
